This is the 3rd time we have rented the clubhouse and each time, Morgandale management has given us no issues, has been extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. The facility is very spacious and has all of the amenities you need to host a great event! I will always recommend the Morgandale clubhouse for events!"

"I have lived here for many years and love it. Great location, clean, and safe. The pool and the playground are well maintained. The only drawback are some people who don't leash or clean up after their dogs but most people are excellent caretakers so this is the exception not the rule."

Sometimes, I wish they fixed our outside property faster and the mowing service they use have not been consistent in quality; but otherwise I have no complaints."

"Don't be lured by morgandale's affordable up front clubhouse rental price of $200/day. You will also need to obtain special occasion insurance at approximately $150. After that, GM Jill, will do anything to keep your $150 security deposit. We were told we could clean up after the contracted time of 930 am the morning after our event, a Monday, when no other events were scheduled. Then, when we were all done cleaning at 1:30pm (only 4 hrs "late") the day after our event we were informed that we would not be getting our security deposit back due to this 4 hour tardiness. I had a specific conversation with the assistant GM regarding access to clean up and return the key after the contacted time, but she constantly denied this. Obviously, had she been clear on the strict 9:30 dead line, we would have had everything done on time to get our deposit back. I'm VERY disappointed at how what was a very nice event for our daughter was tarnished by this final interaction with MD management. They also have VERY strict rules on what you cannot do in the space you have rented, such as move any furniture more than a couple inches, put any decor outside, or let any of your guests outdoors besides to smoke a cigarette. If you're OK with paying $500 for a rental that comes with many, very strict and silly rules then MD is a good fit. Otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere."
