Willowyck Apartments

"This place could be so much better if the ownership/management cared more about the tenants. When I moved in, the unit was shoddily painted, the vertical blinds kept falling apart, and one of the kitchen drawers couldn’t be opened if the dishwasher door was closed. The appliances were old and lighting was terrible. Unfortunately, I was fooled by the model unit. Happy to no longer be there."

"The 3 stars are solely for the office staff and maintenance team. They do an amazing job with responding to things and fixing any issues. Other than that this place is way too overpriced. Sure, the ambience is nice with tons of trees around. But the apartment itself is way too old. They call it renovated but all that was renovated is the shelves and drawers. Every single appliance is old and makes so much noise. Stove uses coil. The washer is super tiny. Dishwasher and washer makes so much noise. The “storage” room is non existent. The pool table can only be accessed during office hours which is a bummer because that’s when we work too. I have no idea why they charge $350 amenities fee. If you’re looking for a spacious apartment and don’t care about the old appliances this place is worth it. Especially because of the staff and maintenance guys. And it’s really nice to walk around or seeing people going for walks with their dogs. If you’re looking for value and nice amenities look elsewhere."

"Having stayed at our share of rental properties and experienced the good along with the not so good, I’d have to say Willowyck in our opinion falls on the positive side. Starting off with the leasing office, they have always been helpful and friendly along with the communication and quick response time. Followed by the maintenance team, they have always been courteous and friendly as well on top of expediting any requests. Leaving our home free of any sign they were even there if a repair was needed. The app for contacting the office or requesting a repair from the maintenance team makes it so easy. The complex isn’t a new construction but they have and continue to update the interiors to make and feel modern. They are ontop of tree trimming , grass cutting and landscaping. It’s a place we’re proud to call home"

"I lived in Willowyck with my daughter's family for years and now still visit them for dinner every day. I enjoyed the walks in the community. The landscape is pretty and getting better year after year. The renovated apartment is very nice. My daughter's family really likes to live there."

"I have been having a really wonderful experience living at the Willowyck Apartments! The staff have provided us with excellent and timely customer service and are responsive to all our requests for maintenence and for information about costs for renting out their incredible newly renovated lounge room and where it's just a wonderful with making our transition to moving to our first apartment seamless. I also love how the community is dog friendly, has a pool, a 24 hour gym, and just an overall beautiful community in the heart of Lansdale with access to nature trails, a dog park and its family friendly and a laid back atmosphere!"
