"I lived there for a year, nice community. They do alot of events if your into socializing. had a bit on an issue w construction next to my apartment taking longer than expected so they were very understanding about me not wanting to renew my lease last minute. They also sent me my security deposit back! My only constructive criticism would be the amount of inspections that were done throughout the yr was stressful. Especially because not one of them was to see if i had a fire extguisher. They were like to see if i had a bike on my outside patio (cuz thats not allowed) or to see if i had a garbage disposal (idk why i couldn't have just told them, no i dont) The amount of random unannounced people that came into my apartment was extremely invasive too and didn't make me feel safe living by myself."

"So far, it's been great. The complex is well maintained, the apartments are very well kept and the neighbors are very nice. Icing on the cake to have the amenities of a fitness center, pool, two playgrounds and dog parks!"

"Brookside Manor does not care about - and preys upon - its residents. We came to brookside so we could feel like we were by nature. Our favorite aspect of our apartment was that there were trees right behind it. They provided privacy and housed birds and squirrels and other wonderful wild life. We paid hundreds of dollars a month extra for a brookside view. Then, without any notice, Brookside cut down almost all of the trees and bushes behind our apartment. Brookside will lie to you or change its policies without notice. People planted gorgeous, manicured gardens in their back yards. Without notice, and right when people’s vegetable gardens were starting to produce, brookside demanded they be ripped out or else face a $20 a day fine. Brookside manor does not care about its residents. They raise your rent every single year. We have heard that they have forced senior citizens, who lived here for years, out of the neighborhood by raising their rent every year. They have done massive repaving projects. When there was no place to park for residents, brookside towed peoples’ cars when they had to park elsewhere - at the residents expense, no less. Brookside installed bright lights on our patio which we cannot turn off at night. Now we never have a fully dark bedroom. Yet, they never bothered to install a power outlet in the bathroom. Brookside manor is owned by Morgan Properties. They are growing a monopoly in the area. They don’t care about you, and they have no reason to. All they want is your money."
