"Most expensive place I've ever lived. Also the loudest place I've ever lived. I know things I should not know about my neighbors because it sounds like they are in my living room and bedroom at all times. Counting down the weeks until I can leave. Without my permission they enrolled me in "Credit Wise" an $8 a month credit building service. I had to call and cancel it myself. Who do they think they are sharing my private information and enrolling me in a fee for service scam without my permission!?"

"Too many barking dogs. I can't even take a peaceful walk in the community without hearing loud dogs barking for hours at a time. The dog owners do nothing to control their animals' behavior."

"The buildings in this community are probably the poorest quality structures you will find in the Montgomeryville area. The drywall that makes up 90% of the buildings have literally ZERO insulation from the heat and cold, and this is why you can hear all the tenants in your building stomping around, taking a shower, flushing the toilet, talking on the phone, arguing, making love, etc ALL DAY LONG. In addition to the hollow drywall, there is a ridiculous amount of air leaks coming from the old unsealed windows, doors, electrical outlets, and hvac system. Expect to be spending in the high two hundreds to three hundreds JUST ON ELECTRICAL and GAS. Do not let the beautiful landscaping and amenities fool you into signing a lease here because I guarantee that you will regret your decision within the first month.. I am almost certain that section 8 housing communities have better build quality than this horrible place."

"I recently took a tour of this place. Camryn showed me around and she was so kind, lovely, and knowledgeable. The apartments are spacious, clean, aesthetic pleasing, and close to the train. I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities available, including the pool, and the gym, as well as the dog park, which will come in handy. I am moving in a few months and plan to rent here."

"This place is a real shame. At $2500 rent you would expect amazing. In all fairness the apartments are very spacious with open concept kitchens. The facilities include a Clubhouse, pool, and gym. All 5 Stars. Now why 1 star? The management is truly awful. Anything and everything is a problem unsolved. The tech to pay rent doesn't work so writing checks is a constant. Accounting always wrong. If an appliance doesn't work you will call, email, call, email, repeat rinse. If you do speak to a human being its like hitting the lottery, but when you go to collect your check the office is closed. If you move here plan on this being your second and third job if anything doesn't go perfectly which it won't. As I say at the beginning this place could be amazing if they had real professionals running the the place. At $2500 keep looking."
