"I feel the poor reviews by some must be answered. I've begun my third year here and have no intention of leaving for the foreseeable future. As a single professional who works from home, the two story apartments are the perfect arrangement: the messy business of living and office filing are kept upstairs, and the office is the first floor including a powder room for clients. Maintenance has always been responsive and recently got even better than it was when I moved in."

"Management is disorganized and rude. You'll have to call a few times to get an answer. Deb doesn't seem to know a lot about the building or the floor plans. Donna is no treat either. The building itself is beautiful but I've been mislead and mistreated, even before I could sign a lease. I would never rent from paradise management while they employ such rude, uncaring, and unprofessional leasing agents/property managers."

"I am a current resident, and all I have to say is I feel sorry for whoever I see getting tours here. Lansdale electric bills are crazy expensive, my first bill here when I moved in December was over $600 the first month. They do not prepare you for that or the amount of time it takes for maintenance do get to you. The big windows are gorgeous sure, but you constantly lose any kind of air you are keeping in your home through these terribly sealed windows and doors. I am currently dealing with a broken washer part, for weeks now by the way. The maintenance guy finally came today and left without communicating my washer was not working. I only found out after putting my clothes in from my sick little one. He communicated nothing. I called the OPEN office to attempt to rectify this, and the only thing they could offer me to use a public washer in the building and they would reimburse me because the maintenance guy left for the day after coming here. I continue to tell Deb that this is unacceptable, I mean rent in my unit is over 2k, for that price , at minimum we should be able to have someone come back out during open hours to fix the wrong. After, I explained my child had clothes in the washer that were a mess from my stomach bug ridden child, m and that I need to wash these things ASAP. Her response, while laughing mind you was , “ oh even better to use a public one”. This building has gone through multiple staff changes throughout the almost 4 years I have been here, we have had 1 great leasing manager, but after she was promoted, it has gone further down hill and it just keeps getting worse. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere to rent. My entire hallway of neighbors has been fed up with everything here for a while."

"The apartments and shared areas are beautiful and well maintained. The management and maintenance staff are always working to ensure a great environment for the tenants here. The community is close to many amenities including eating establishments, shopping."

"I’m really enjoying living at SFL. I LOVE the large warehouse windows in my apartment that bring in tons of light while still keeping out noise. Residents are respectful and quiet. The management staff, Nancy and Keia, are kind and super responsive to anything that comes up. The building amenities are exactly what I need...we’ll appointed gym, lounges, outdoor bbqs, and seating. The location is convenient to the train, 3 min drive/bike or 12 min walk, while being far enough that train noise isn’t a bother."
