"I live in Saucon one bedroom apartments since 2018 summer. Pros: Good price, great security. I love that our neighbors are all Lehigh graduate students. There is a computer room & community room, which includes table tennis and billiard tables, and small gym. Facilities are quick to respond any maintenance issue. Lehigh Police is patrolling since this is an on-campus area. Bus transportation is offered between Lehigh's different campuses. Cons: The windows are too small, and my apartment is too dark. Parking costs extra."
"Advantages: 1. Rent is very cheap 2. University network(you can read paper without VPN) Disadvantages: 1. Expect very expensive electricity bill during the winter. 2. Expensive parking permit. 3. Very limited parking spaces for building 13,14,15 4. University network(some websites are blocked for no reason) 5. Avoid 1st floor. Very humid in the summer."
"Nice apartments, the main downside is the lack of dishwasher. There is also no washer dryer in unit and each building has a laundry room. Also, you need to pay for the parking There! There is a regular shuttle to the university. The maintenance is quite fast and high quality, you just need to fill a form online. The property manager is a university staff and she is nice person. To get the apartment, you need to sign in the lottery which happens two times per year."
"This place is only for Lehigh students, nice neighborhood with relaxing atmosphere, however the apartments need renovation. These apartments have good security and services, there is also bus from here to Lehigh campus."
"Great little apartments if you are looking for graduate student housing. We live in a well priced two bedroom apartment and our utilities are about $100.00 a month. There is a bus that takes students to and from campus throughout the day, and there are play areas, day care services, and exercise facilities available to people living here. When we have had maintenance issues they have been prompt and the area is very good. I have always felt safe here. It does feel a little like a lock-down facility sometimes. The walls are mainly cinder-block and we have to go through four doors to get to our apartment. The door to the outside locks automatically, and then the inside apartment doors have their own locks. Even so we do feel safe. Arnold's, a farm fresh market, sells produce across the street all year long, though in the winter, they are only open on Fridays and Saturdays. There is also a bagel shop that is walking distance. The university bus takes you into the Bethlehem south area where there are more shopping options."
