"I can't get past the smell of what seems to be buring electronics mixed with air freshener in the Lobby. It's a nice lobby, but the smell makes me sick. I actually thought the place was on fire when I checked in. The room on the second floor didn't smell. However, whoever was above me on the third floor was doing Zoomba from 4am until 8 am. The room was kind of small, but fine. Breakfast is a la carte. I personally didn't find these beds comfortable; too stiff. And I had a heck of a time unwrapping my soap. Otherwise, very nice employees and probably a great place to stay."

"I have been staying at this Sonesta Select for the past few years. We stay during the summer and always try to come back during the holidays for shopping, restaurants, and holiday activities around the area. The hotel is always nice and clean. The location is great too. However, the main reason we keep coming back is the staff. Recently, my wife and I stayed during the 1st week of December. We both want to thank Kim, Mila, and the staff for everything. You are all excellent in your careers and as people. We will always stay here in the future. As long as the staff remains. "The elevator was out of order and the 1st floor room we were in was a little humid due to the proximity to the indoor pool...but that didn't matter. The hotel staff is composed of the most professional, hard working, and friendly people I have ever met in the hotel industry. Desk staff were working long shifts the entire weekend, managers assisted housekeeping by cleaning rooms, and one very pregnant lady came in off of maternity leave to assist with breakfast. All of this happened during a weekend of full capacity due to teenage, traveling sport teams. Both the owner and corporate headquarters needs to stop by and see how it's done. They won't be disappointed. If you are a traveller, stop by, it's worth the stay."

"Don't stay here. Switched or gave my reservation to someone else without informing me until I arrived into my room. Elevators were not operational. Hauling up luggages to the top floor was so inconvenient. They don't clean the rooms everyday only once a week. No fresh towels either. No explanation from hotel management or from concierge, Emi, about my reservation and not having another room with two beds I originally reserved weeks ago. She put me a room with one queen bed and pullout couch for my family. I found management in the back rooms unconcerned when I spoke to a supervisor, Dion. When they heard me complaining they came out of their back office and looked at the supervisor and walked back to their safe haven. Don't stay at Sonesta hotels. Terrible customer service. They charged me for a room I did not reserve and they never said anything to credit or compensate for giving up my original reservation until I complained."

"Not too bad .Lobby was hot and had a weird odor .Staff wasn't that friendly. Pool is small and the beautiful fire pit advertised/ there wasn't working. No breakfast included , I feel like for the money it's not worth it .The room is nice and spacious though.."
