"I will never stay in this hotel again!!! First and foremost it does not have an elevator and my room was on the 2nd floor. I’ve machine and beverage machine was out of order(had to go downstairs)The room is a decent size but smelled unclean and not fresh. The carpets are filthy. The bathroom did not smell of disinfectant…it appeared clean but smelled like urine(thank goodness I travel with lysol) The bed was uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent but of course no vegan, soy or non-pork options. The event was planned several months ago and they even ran out of clean wash cloths and towels. Customer service was mediocre at best! Never again"

"The breakfast food was amazing!! We were surprised to find real eggs and real hash browns as an option for breakfast. There were a lot of option and it was all cooked in house and fresh. Very happy with that. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. We liked the sheets a lot, they were super soft. The air quality of the room was a little stuffy but it was worth it. Even though the hotel looks a little sketchy on the outside, the rooms themselves are nice and the staff is friendly. I would recommend."

"Very nice location and nice environment, service and people there are always nice and welcoming! Rooms and most of the buildings are old and outdated. Looks like they have been renovated some but everything is cheap and not done well! Rooms and hallways are not clean lights out, tv not working and unpleasant smell. No fitness room or pool ( outside, closed), could not give more than 2 star, maybe can stretch it to 3."

"We attended a workshop at this location and were pleased all around. The facility was large enough to accommodate a multi level workshop with many breakout rooms. The hotel amenities were adequate to satisfy most of the attendees, though there was some comments that some "updating" would be nice. They also had on-site dining options that were delicious. Over all, it was a good experience!"
