"Negatives: Bed was way too soft that it made my back hurt. AC unit was next to the bed and it blew loudly at my head. Breakfast variety is very limited. They didn't even have bacon on this particular day. Positives: Pool was cozy and not too much bleach. Pool water is good temperature and not too cold (in December). My kids enjoyed it. Wegmans supermarket just across the road."

"My Wife an I love Hampton Inn's Never any Problems Staff always professional.. Clean Rooms... My Only Beef was that we had a Queen size Bed.. But only 2 LITTLE Pillows!! Plus the Toilet Seat of the Toilet Bowl was moving around an seemed like a size to small for that Bowl.. Come on Man!!!"

"My family came in for a wedding and stayed there for two nights. When they checked out someone forgot an article of clothing. He called and was told they would check and call right back. No call. When I called before going the young lady Melanie who answered could not tell me because I did not know the room number. When I explained that it was family and I did not know she claimed she would have no idea. She was rude with no customer service. It was a very easy ask and threatened to hang up on me when I asked for a manager. It is a shame because it was a friends and family priority booking. Otherwise they loved the hotel. It is a shame that poor customer service can ruin a fun weekend."

"I love this hotel brand and this location is an excellent representation of why. The beds are large and very comfortable with super soft bedding and plenty of pillows. The room and bathroom were very clean and well designed. The lobby is nice and welcoming for checking in and having breakfast. We enjoyed sitting out in the pleasant, clean courtyard space. Parking was easy and plentiful and it felt very secure to park near our room and use the side entrance nearby with our key access. A good value as well."
