"If you choose this hotel make sure you remember to take all of your belongings with you!! I made the mistake and left a very expensive piece of jewelry on the night stand. When I called the next day to see if they had found it I was unable to reach someone and had to leave a message with lost and found.No one ever called me back so I personally went back to the hotel. Needless to say they said they never saw it. Bottom line is a hotel employee stole it!"

"My daughter's birthday is 12/23, and the staff was so wonderful in saying Happy birthday when they say her. Offering her treats, and she Loved the strawberry, basil, cucumber water. Great service - they took such good care of us. We had a group with 6 little ones, and they were so accommodating. Super close to Crayola Thank you for such a memorable stay!!"

"Great atmosphere, the lobby is really fun, they also have a bistro that serves breakfast for purchase, they also have lunch snacks & drinks there. You gotta ask ahead of time for turn down service or for your bed to be made for you. Ample parking...get a room farther from the elevator though."

"We have come to this hotel several times a year for the past 4 or 5 years, and have seen the service quality continue to degenerate. Mostly the food service. While prices of food has risen the choices have decreased and the over the counter delivery has become almost intolerable. Four orders placed at the same time came out over 30 minutes apart with only a follow up and reordering of the final one leading to its delivery. The front desk merely acknowledge the problem when it was brought to their attention. Housekeeping continues to do a fine job. We are exploring other hotels in the area for our future trips."

"This hotel is fine. They let us check in an hour early which was very kind and appreciated. The hot tub wasn’t working, so that was a little disappointing. The room was a good size. The pull-out sofa bed is very small. No free breakfast is always a bummer."
