"I have lived at The Hills at Lehigh for close to 5 months now, and I am generally very happy to live here. The application process was simple and Lateefah worked with me on getting my application approved. I was a little nervous because I had applied for the unit sight unseen. The market for reasonably priced, modest apartments is very slim in the Lehigh Valley, and I was just so excited when a 1 bedroom came up in my searches for less than $1,100 that I had to give it a shot. I'm had a few simple maintenance concerns which were promptly addressed, common hallways and stairways are cleaned regularly, grounds are well kept, and the complex is so peaceful and quiet. I have not had a single issue with any of the tenants in my building. I especially love my balcony which overlooks the complex and provided an absolutely beautiful array of colors in the fall. The complex is a little short on amenities, but I also wasn't particularly interested in most amenities offered by the considerably more expensive options in the area. The only thing I'd maybe like to see them add is some kind of common patio type area with a few grills where tenants could have a cook out with their family. I feel like this would be a reasonably cheap addition to make to the complex that tenants would find enjoyable. With all the units located on private property accessed by a private driveway, it provides a little bit more of an upscale feel when the only cars you hear are those belonging to tenants. If I had to give a minor gripe, it would be how creaky and squeaky the stairs and floors are in the stairways, and the condition of the stoops/stairs leading up the buildings. The cement stairs leading to the leasing office were clearly redone, so hopefully Larken has this in their future plans for the rest of the units. Otherwise, the units are well maintained, updated, and Larken very clearly spends a good amount of time and effort into preparing the units prior to a new tenant's move in date. Thank you for providing me with a clean, safe, functional, and affordable apartment that I am very proud to call my first home!"

"Super friendly, professional, prompt staff. They are always going out of their way to accommodate and make you feel welcome. My apartment is spacious and clean. The noise is minimal and the grounds are cleaned daily. I highly recommend if looking for an apartment!!! I have attached some images to see what a fully furnished apt. Looks like. I know that is something I'm always concerned about, as I have alot of stuff!!! Not pictured is a hall pantry closest and an additional full size closet in the bedroom I use for storage!!! 10/10"

"My family and I moved in about 2 months ago and we love coming home every day. The grounds are kept clean and tidy and maintenance is quick to respond to any needs. I feel this is a safe community to raise my children and Caren, the property manager is fantastic. She is always helpful, understanding and friendly. The Hills is affordable, spacious and we feel extremely lucky to have found these apartments. It’s a great place to call home."
