"I have contacted the office numerous times to have a tree on their property either cut down or cut back as it is hanging on my fence. I never receive a call back and when I actually went into the office I was told by the management that they would check it out the following day. This was months ago and I’m still waiting. This began back in 2020 so I understood that it was not possible to provide maintenance during the shutdown but here we are September 1st 2023 and still the overgrown trees continues to hang on our fence."
