"Current resident. Not great. Apartment itself is large in comparison to others but that's about it. Will leave honest review once moved out. Update: July 2020. I was not going to update until I left the complex but was really left in awe 2 weeks ago when I ran into a maintence employee in the common area and was advised to take down my google review because "the front office didn't like it." Maintenance staff is great! Hard working guys always willing to go the extra mile, even worked through the pandemic. Will update when moved out."
"When I moved in the air-conditioning was not working, the bathroom sink was leaking, the shower drain was clogged, and the drawers in the kitchen were not functional because they needed repair. Also I came in to an apartment that I would not have considered professionally cleaned at all. I was told that my patio would be painted and it has not been painted; I moved in more than 10 months ago. My air-conditioning is not working again, and they will not be able to come for another three days despite the fact that the temperature is in the 80s outside. I feel that they do not accommodate their residents and provide the timely maintenance that is required. I chose this place initially because the price was affordable, but I regret the decision. Knowing what I know now I would not have moved here"
"I would beware this apartment complex, especially if you have comparable options available to you. I has several issues that would cause me concern if I were a new tenant so I'd like to make any prospective residents aware. Main points I'd like to caution, is that management is not very responsive or timely with regards to maintenance requests, even critical ones. Second point is, beware your personal information. Management shared personal information with me about my fellow tenants in both passing and in emails. I was very uncomfortable with the idea that my information might be shared in the same fashion, which was one of the many reasons I chose to move. Details Below: One of my first concerns should have arose when I had escalated to Management that there had been an issue with my fire detector. It was malfunctioning and I had contacted management and asked that either Maintenance come over and management confirmed they would. It took 5 days and a follow up email for maintenance to come an inspect a critical safety element for both myself and my fellow residents, all the while I was subjected to the constant beeping of it. I was shocked to find that the complex was so inattentive to such a thing. Then there came a point where I had escalated I had an AC malfunction in April of this year. Near the end of the month, the issue still wasn't fixed, and the heat of the summer had heated my apartment to the point the thermostat wouldn't even measure. I had called the emergency a few times and was told they couldn't help me because it was a holiday weekend. My concern had been, why hadn't this been resolved in the entire month prior? Then when I called the emergency line on a working day (because once again, local management wouldn't pick up), , the ladies in the office told me that Management said they emailed me, but they'd connect me to their phone anyway. When I spoke to local management, they said they 'forgot' to email me. If anything, there was no organization. By the end of my lease, (in August) the situation still hadn't been fully fixed. Management shared with me specific neighbors who were smokers, which ones had pets, the relative ages of some, tenants who had prior complaints against them and in one case, my neighbors' travel information, when they weren't in their apartment. This level of private information sharing made me increasingly uncomfortable with this complex. Perhaps there were issues with the organization of information as a whole. When I moved out, I was told that management didn't have my email to communicate with me. While I know management changed before I moved out, I found it curios that my file didn't have that information, as I had given my notice that I was moving via email and had so many conversations with management via email. All in all, if you have other options, I'd recommend taking them. If this is really your only choice, I'd suggest being wary of what information you share and escalate early and often about problems you have. Good luck apartment hunting!"
"One of the worst apartments I ever rented. One of the worst experiences of my life. After moving in to the apartment and discovering several severe problems (such as mold and corrosion of faucets), the management refused to deal with any of the problems. The management, represented on the site by Judith, refused communication and started act extremely defensive. The management let (with no reason!) the maintenance to our apartment while WE WERE ABSENT. The management lied to us about the inspection conducted in our apartment prior us moving in. The was NO INSPECTION. The management accused us of harassment while we tried to reach them out in order to discuss our lease. Finally it is all leaded to eviction process with NO NOTICE TO QUIT prior to it. The management filed complaint to the court for our eviction without sending us notice to quit. We definitely do not advise this place to anyone!"
