"I lived here for one year (2022-2023) between selling my house and buying a new one. It was a wonderful experience and I would move back If I ever found myself in need of an apartment. The unit was clean, spacious and beautiful. The facility is well maintained. There is always work and improvements being done. The pool is was always clean and never overcrowded. The gym was always clean. My maintenance requests were always resolved in a timely manner. The office staff are pleasant. I mostly worked with Kimberly who is wonderful. My only complaint is that the price of renewing my lease was significantly higher. Otherwise we might have stayed longer."

"I’ve been living here since November 2020 & realized I never left a review! Honestly this is probably the best apartment to move into right in the heart of Bethlehem. IT’s location is perfect we are right between Easton, Allentown & Whitehall! Our property is always well maintained, grass is always cut, it’s always so clean in the community. Management is always a pleasure they are always on top of things even when it comes to apartment maintenance they always make sure that if they can’t get you in to fix what you need they’ll be there by that week or sooner!! Kathleen was the lady who showed me my apartment she is still with the company & she is such a sweetheart! They are very helpful & understanding at the leasing office highly recommend."

"Please read all the negative comments if you want to know what your getting yourself into. This place charges $88 if you want to pay your bills online. They will quickly throw a bunch of random fees on you. There is no parking when your coming home from work. They will recognize your number and not pick up your calls when you call into the office. I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague. I rented for years and this place has been my worst experience. The apartments are nice but the price is just not worth it. Give your money to another entity."

"We moved in 2020. The office staff was very helpful in getting everything arranged from Illinois. My 2BR is spacious. During our time here, my apartment has needed some repairs but maintenance staff usually completes work orders efficiently the same day. Pool and gym are never crowded. The area is great for kids to ride bikes and to walk dogs. Rent is comparable to others in the area and maintenance is much more responsive than other places I have rented. We really like it here!"
