Birchwood Commons Apartments

"Best of luck with this organization. Since living here the ownership changed hands and this new company is terrible. Since they took over I’ve had my rent increased every year like clockwork. This last time they raised the rent the property manager used the words “below market rate” to try and make it seem like I’m still getting a deal at the inflated rate. There’s dog feces all over in the grass, there’s never any parking, and the A/C has broken multiple times. Rent from somewhere else…ANYWHERE else."

"I recently relocated over the weekend to birchwood, 1b1b. The apartment is nice and clean! No key entry is nice, good neighborhood, and the layout of the rooms is very impressive, offering ample space and storage. Kathy, the property manager, is highly responsible and always ready to assist. The entire moving experience was seamless and enjoyable."

"Great option for a luxury apartment in Bethlehem. The property management / maintenance was always very responsive. I had no issues with communication. Buildings and land are consistently well kept and maintained. You certainly can feel good about where you are living here. Parking was never an issue for us. Neighbors/community we’re all very friendly and mostly a younger demographic. If you can afford it, I would recommend!"

"Birchwood Commons is a great place to live! Everyone is super friendly and respectful. Kathy, the apartment manager, has been extremely helpful and responsive as well. The complex is pet-friendly with a lot of green space + a small fenced-in dog park! The apartments are very nice and spacious with an updated/modern kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. The apartment was spotless when we moved it. Overall my experience here has been wonderful so far!"
