Reviews
"I live here, and I love it, except for some adult bullies. I adore my apartment, but some of the tenants here are not very kind people! Physical threats need to be stopped, and more people need to be written up for their malicious actions."
"The apartments are nice. The grounds are beautiful if they were taken care of. If the rules were enforced by management it would be a really nice place to live instead the troublesome tenants are free to run rampant making it a very negative environment to live in and extremely stressful as the troublemakers are free to do whatever nasty thing they can think of to the other tenants that live here and never be held accountable for they're despicable behavior . What is the sense of having rules in place if they aren't enforced."
"I've lived here for almost 9 years total and it's ok for me but some issues could be handled better. They need a good maintenance man to get done what has to be done. As for myself I'm glad I at least have somewhere I can afford to live. I try to get along with everybody here."
"Very nicely kept. Maintenance keeps both the inside and outside very clean. Linda is very helpful"
"For what the business is, I would say it's mostly ok. There are certain tenants I would personally get rid of, they arent doing you any favors as far as renting available units. So some improvement is needed and it wouldnt hurt to update the inside of the units."
