Ridley Station Apartments

"Have lived here for 2+ years and unfortunately left only due to employment reasons. Lived in the 306 1/2 building and never had an issue with the apartment or management company. Quick to respond to maintenance requests I had, but they were major requests such as no water output in unit. Rent was super cheap for what amenities the apartment included like dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer hook up. Overall design of my unit was nice and updated. Kitchen appliances were like-new, nice wood paneling in living room, carpet in bedrooms. I wish the bathroom looked more modern, but its better than other apartments I've toured in this area. Location is right by 95/476 for easy highway access. Would have continued living here if I didn't need to move for my job!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH! Management is unreliable. My bathroom has been leaking 500+ gallons of hot water daily for 2 years and management has refused repairs for that long. The hot steam has caused black mold to grow, they do not care. Paint is chipping, the wood is warping. They do not care. This is just 1 story of countless that are the exact same. They do not care about the conditions of your apartment, they will not repair a thing."
