"A resident living there in his own feces. Rotten food,flying bugs and live bed bugs. Maintenance didn't want to help flush a toilet. Manager refused to come up to the apartment to see how bad it was. Uninhabitable!!! Who owns the building?"

"The manager is not capable of communicating with residents and their family members. I was screamed at while she called my father names and had her finger pointed in my face as she yelled shut up. I remained calm through her tantrum because it was important my father get a replacement key after losing it during a hospital stay. As I was trying to explain his recent diagnoses of a heart disease she belittled my father repeatedly calling him lazy to a man who stood next to her. Very unprofessional and sad to see this is the treatment my father and other residents have endured besides the poor elevator maintenance. 0 stars would be given if possible!"

"Place is falling apart. Building manger is very rude. Maintenance not any better. Alot of riff raff living there. Drunks and drug addicts raise hell all night.. Had to call police more than once."

"I moved here in August 2012. And I love it. It is clean and affordable. I like management and maintenance. And my neighbors are nice. The bus stop is at both corners. I like having security for all people coming in. I like having elevators, I can not use stairs anymore so elevators are a must for me. I have a studio apartment and I love it."
