"I've been here before, and I've had great service. On this particular day, when I came in, the cashier was sitting at the table closest to the register, and there weren't any other customers in the store. The first thing I did was say hello. The cashier gave me a hmm sound, but never said hello back. I gave 4 stars because she said thank you at the end and threw in some extra munchkins. Also, because this isn't the typical service I receive when I go to this DD."

"The hot chocolate is watered down, and the wait time is long. Usually, I will pass because of the line. On Monday, there were only two people, and I went in. The wait was 10 to 15 minutes, including waiting for my hot chocolate. Someone finally came over to help the one person filling the orders, who was completing a large order (a few dozens). Once, when I ordered ahead, the drink was waiting, but I had to stand in line for the donut."
