"I go here a few times a month and it's a gamble as to whether or not the drinks I get are made correctly. The barista often forgets to include syrup, doesn't use any toppings, or even has forgotten the coffee(!!). The only reason I hold out hope is because it's the closest place for coffee around me."
"Receipt no. 666077. Every drink made wrong! I had to go to the counter for 3 of my drink. He took it add whatever was missing on top and didn’t even apologize. Worst services. The drink of course is nasty. If ur just going to add the missing ingredient at the end is not going to taste right. I actually use the rest room at this location! No soap, no toilet paper. Bathroom was so dirty. Yes if u check the receipt we order 5 drinks. My husband and daughter they didn’t want their drink fix cause they didn’t want to bother the crew!"
"I love this Starbucks. I like to get here early for a red eye and breakfast. It’s across from the zoo (see pic) and blocks from Woodley Park and Cleveland Park (my old stomping grounds). Friendly staff if you get to know them!"
"The staff is incredibly rude there was a younger black man that made my coffee and I just asked him for a straw he would not even look at me and just pointed rudely to the wall. I'm never leaving a tip at Starbucks again. That was the rudest behavior he should not be working in customer service he should be stocking shelves at night time if he can't deal with customers"
"Located across the street from the zoo. Not for those in a rush, but the coffee was good and my friend and I found a place to sit. Nowhere to go to escape the loud music."
