"The management has been kind and helpful. Maintenance has truly been the star so far. They have helped me with things very quickly and I can’t say how much that’s helped me! I will say, I do wish the apartment was cleaned better before I moved in. My kitchen cabinets were FILTHY. One had bugs in it. The person before had to have been the HAIRIEST human on earth. I’m afraid to look in my bathroom. Over all, great experience!"

"Pinnacle Heights is by far our favorite apartment complex we've stayed at in Morgantown. It is quiet place to stay outside of the bustling, college area of town. Maintenance, especially Bob, is great and timely. The staff cares about your well being and also respects your privacy. We have stayed here for 4 years and have no plans to move until we buy a house."

"This complex is very relaxing and quiet for families. The maintenance on the property are unbelievably kind, which I don’t think you can find that at most apartments. Very spacious living, great views from the balcony! Definitely would recommend living here! The management team are very understanding and very helpful. I have also never experienced that before. Love this place!"

"I have lived here for 4 years and I love it! The apartments are roomy with fantastic balconies (3 separate sliding glass doors) and all are very well maintained. The neighbors are, for the most part, quiet and friendly. Maintenance and Tracey have all been very responsive. Overall it is a great place to live!"
