Jennifer and Jacob are two of the most reliable, honest, kind landlords I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are always willing to lend a helping hand with your property issues, and the wait is never long. They are always willing to help someone in need if they are able to. I would most definitely recommend any of their properties to all. The properties inside and out are always either remodeled and cleaned and are beautiful inside and out. "I only have great things to say about my past year living in my apartment at Alexandra Rentals, it really was a lovely experience. The apartment was nearly brand new and had great appliances/bathroom. Jennifer was always a pleasure to talk with and she was more than happy to help with whatever I needed. She was also easy to reach and made sure that I had anything I needed. The private gym was always kept neat and I loved it because I could access whenever I wanted. the people in the community were always friendly and I overall had an excellent experience!"

"We recently moved from the new Rystan Flats apartments since we moved to Pittsburgh. The apartments are superb and so are the staff. Alexandra rentals did no skip over quality when building these apartments. The property manager, Jenn, is AMAZING and now a lifelong friend. If we had a question, she answered her phone day and night. She is extremely friendly and understanding if something were to happen as well. Jenn truly cares about her tenants, which is rare to see nowadays. Rystan Place is the best location in Morgantown in my opinion. Rystan Place is close enough yet far enough from everything. It’s a great, quiet, and safe area. Our puppy loved the “Bark Park”! Jake and the entire maintenance staff is also amazing- even though we dealt with them very little because we never had maintenance issues. They are great because they removed snow from the parking lot, driveways, and even shoveled a path from our doors to every tenants vehicle. Living here is like joining a family. Everyone here goes above and beyond. They even gave every tenant a turkey for thanksgiving when we lived here! If you have the opportunity, I HIGHLY recommend making Rystan Place, and Alexandra Rentals in general your home."

"Best management ever! If you’re looking for a rental in the Morgantown area, look no further! The owners have done a beautiful job updating their rentals. The property manager is easy to talk to. Lived in one of their 2 bedroom rentals and had no issues. If you need something replaced or need help with anything, they are glad to help. Great company!"
