"I was offered a apartment and was gave a appointment time. Unfortunately my vehicle wouldn't start and i was unable to get a taxi in time for appointment. I called and emailed property manager with no response. 2 days later I received a response to my email telling me she rented the apartment to someone else. I was told I would get the next apartment that would become available the next month. 5 months later I haven't heard back from the office manager."
