"Friend Rentals is by far the best apartment business in Morgantown. Any maintenance issue I’ve ever had has always been fixed promptly, and the quality of the units is great. Lots of my friends who rent from other businesses around here constantly have problems, but I’m never able to relate. I love living here. Cannot recommend David and Mike enough to anyone looking for a pet friendly place close to campus!"

"My daughter rents with Friend Rentals. They have been great! Microwave was replaced right away when the other didn’t work. Also we didn’t need the bed frame so they took it to store until she moves out. Great place to live near downtown Morgantown!"

"I’ve been going to WVU for 5 years now and out of all the places I’ve rented with, Friend Rentals has easily been the best; which is why this is my second year with them. Almost every problem we brought to their attention were addressed within the same day. I think we waited 1 day for a replacement when our oven broke and it was installed by noon the next day. By far the best experience with any rental group I’ve had in Morgantown."
