"Great apartments, Great maintenance staff. With that said there are some down sides. You can not open your windows, and one of my biggest issues is parking. There is a limited amount of parking spaces in the parking lot of the boston store. Most of the time there is a waiting list to get a spot. You will be charged 35 bucks more a month for this spot if you want the spot right outside the building. Or you will be forced to park in the parking ramp next to the boston store on 7th and that is owned by the parking authority and it will cost you 60 bucks a month for that. Sounds like it would be a good idea to park in the boston store lot but you will be mistaking. Here are the issues. First off if its after 5pm and someone is in your parking spot the tow company they use will not answer there phones to come tow the person out of your spot. And issue number two is when it snows you are 100% likely not have your spot plowed out at any point in time. This was not always the case years past the people they had plowed out peoples spots and was for the most part taken care of. Last year when we got hammered by snow the lot was not yet plowed and we were all stuck I asked if they could snowblow my spot or something and was told that if I am not happy with my spot I could give my spot up. Mind you yes there was a lot of snow but this is now the 2nd year and we got some snow and my spot still was not touched. I had to hire a guy to plow my spot. This should not be a concern for me when I pay to have my spot I would think that money could be used to clear mine among others spots but that is not always the case. Other then that the apartment are great and one of the reasons I stayed for over 7 years."

"One of the oldest buildings in Erie, this location is worth visiting for the history alone. Now a new restaurant is underneath the large ornate downtown historical clock. Voodoo brewery is a new way to enjoy unique tastes and in the summer sit out on the walk way to view people passing and hear some entertainment."

"I loved the Boston Store, and also the administration office. They are attentive, welcoming, and excellent Profesionals. They make you feel at home as soon as you go into the premises, or to the office."

"The apartments are very nice and the building secure. Good location and affordable if you want to live right downtown, however there is very limited parking."
