"Really bad customer service. Renters need to pay for repair if you rent a house under this company. This is a family business and the dad (name is Guy) was very rude and mad to his customers when we were trying to discuss some issues of repairs. We rent a townhouse in Fairview under this company. One screw of the microwave handle was broken when we normally use it. They sent us a bill of $146 before repairing the handle. The total price for this microwave is $298. We tried to contact them both by phone and in person. They never answered our questions and they charged an extra late fee of $75 when we were waiting for their call back. When we stopped by Guy's office, he yelled to us "GET OUT OF MY OFFICE!". My 2-year-old babies were there at that moment."
