Management and maintenance team: Responsive, quick, friendly and kind. 4. Club: Beautiful with all facilities. 5. Neighbors /locality: Peaceful and decent. 6. Heating: Excellent beyond doubt. 7. Snow clearance on external road but within hammocks including of sidewalks has improved a lot (quick cleaning of snow). Overall: 5/5"

The location of the apartment is ideal, offering easy access to everywhere we have to get to in and around Erie. All the amenities provided by the apartment exceeds our expectations. Everything is so well maintained. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and very thoughtfully designed. The maintenance team and front office deserves special mention. They are always prompt, efficient and always addressed all our concerns and issues in a timely manner.
