"Not really a review, saw the owner and managers answer these, just want to know if you guys do weekly rates if so what would they be, and if not how much would a room cost for like a 3 day stay."
"Trash. Staff is ignorant. I was denied an extra wash rag. Because I used the one in the room to clean out the tub. It's dirty and smells like weed and mothballs."
"Really friendly people who work at front office and the room service personal. Prices are the best in Philly and location walking distance from mini mall. Have stayed at this motel numerous times and never had any problems with personal. I would recommend to my adult children whenever they travel this way from Florida."
"Old motel but they're starting to upgrade their rooms.. still it's like going back in time with the decor and layout of the property... But hey-- it's the Hub. Lol. Just watch out for the old guy at night with the mustache bc he forces you to pay with cash and puts it in his pocket but will staple the 5 dollar bill for the remote so you get that when you leave. Other than that... Staff is pretty cool. Treat em the way you want to be treated and everything will be A•OKAY.."
"I stayed there a few months ago. I also left a review. It had many bad reviews. I noticed today, all the reviews are gone! Maybe they are under new management. Maybe things have improved. But this is what my room looked like! But the WORST part was this...i called, asked if there's a vacant room and the price. Was told yes and $100. I arrived 3-5 min later. The guy at the front desk looked at me and said "we don't have any rooms". I told him "I just spoke with you!?". He said "let me check. Do u have id?". I gave him my id. He checked and said "yes yes u a good customer. U stay here before". I did like 4 yrs ago. I don't know if he originally confused me with someone else or what. But rooms shouldn't be available based on what you look like."
