"The room was clean and nicely decorated. I loved the fireplace!! The bed was soo comfortable and pillows were so fluffy! My husband and I were there for his birthday/ Valentine's Day. The only problem was the jacuzzi wasn't working. I was extremely upset about that because it was the whole reason we went there!! I informed the front desk and was told he would tell the manager in the morning. While checking out I was told that they just took over the place and actually had new ones about to be installed. He said he spoke to manager and because I went thru a site to reserve it refunding me would be a hassle for us and told me the next time we came they would give us a discount. I was happy with how it was handled and loved hearing that they were fixing all the issues. I will definitely come back and give them another chance!!! We saw they have an eagles themed suite and hubby is excited to stay in it! I would love to stay I the suite with the private pool, we stayed in one in the mountains and had such a great time!!! So even with the broken Jacuzzi we enjoyed ourselves!;"

"***DO NOT BOOK HERE. RUN!!!!!!**** ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I had read the policies and rules to begin with and no where does it say you can't decorate a room to make it more special for your loved ones. I know when the so called "receptionist" read this, he'll know exactly who I am and trust I don't care. I booked the room online to begin with. I get there early so I may be able to request a certain room so I may decorate it for my sister and her husband because he wanted to do an early Valentine's night. I get there, the receptionist starts telling me the Do's and Don'ts of the hotel even after I explained im just there to decorate/cater for my family and I'm not staying the night. Gave me attitude because I kept explaining to him(which I didn't have to because it was a private event) what I needed to do and I would leave the premises. Mind you I live over an hour away and my family lives in over 2 hours so to come out of our way for this type of treatment, never again. As I finish the first part of my decorations, as promised I leave to go get the 2nd round of things I need before they arrived. I get there again to finish setting up but had to run to the office 3x's because the key didn't work. Once my fam had got there, the 2nd issue started because since I was not staying, I had to cancel my reservation and do a whole new one with my family's card information because they had to pay for it. Once we were heading out the office he had to say out loud "please follow the rules or we'll be kicked out". Excuse me!!!! If I hadn't already put in work, we would have asked for a refund and left but they decided to stay. There's only parking for one car per room so I had to park my car elsewhere in close surroundings so I could finish making there night special. By the time I was done, I was so tired and asked to be taken back to my car. Tell me why he was standing outside the office as though he was waiting for us to pass him by. Smh....I ended up sleeping in my car that night because I was so tired to drive back home. Got up early and while my in law was out getting coffee, he ended up picking me up so I can say bye to my sister before we all left home. Was there for not even an hour at first and went to go get my car right after. Again he was outside staring at us drive by like he was waiting. Smh. I got in my car and head back to the hotel because I was going to help clean up from what I had decorated so it wouldn't be so much on them(still being the nice person i am). Who's walking outside as we pulling up? Yup still him. So as I'm picking up the roses and stuff, my sister proceeds to tell me the jacuzzi was trash because there was no hot water, they kept trying at different times thinking it needed to get hot again, nothing. The bed was supposed to be king size, more like a queen, indented, old, and smelled. Overall they kept my deposit of $100 because they claim we did not follow the rules because of my presence on the property which is absolutely ridiculous on top of feeling soooo uncomfortable with the guy who I swear he is the manager, receptionist ,all tittles at this point cuz I never seen no one else but him since I arrived Friday at 2pm until Sat at 11am when they checked out... being outside making me feel like he was watching us the whole time. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. This hotel is for one night stands, hookups, side chickens, and quickies..... not for romantic nights with your deserving loved ones. Go to another hotel and save yourself the aggravation of dealing with an establishment that claims to be great for couples but won't let you do something special for your loved ones. I already canceled the 2 other couples I was going to book there to do the same thing for so your loss. First and last time going here."

"The room was nice . It was clean , quiet and spacious. The customer service was TERRIBLE . I’m not sure if he was tired or overwhelmed but he was really nasty. I left something in the room, he had an attitude and was being rude. Told me to call back , just to tell me they didn’t find it . I kno FORSURE I left it. I don’t want to call it racial profiling, but he was rude to my and my partner. also the couple right before us! He also placed in a room ALL the way in the back near the woods it was so dark and uncomfortable walking to our room. Overall I’d never go back ."

"The room was decently cleaned . No mold or mildew in the shower . The rug was dirty according to my partner , his white socks were brown at the end of the day. We requested more towels, as we have a jacuzzi suite and the attendant at the desk replied “i gave you 4 towels” which was said very rude . Apparently towels are an extra charge. Which i have never heard of with any hotel i have stayed at. There is only one ice machine & it’s in the reception at the front of the property. Which is inconvenient. For the two nights we stayed , we did not see any housekeeping. So our trash was overflowing and stacked next to do the door the entire time . The fridge is small and froze my juice and my leftovers from a restaurant. I found it hard to use the dual shower as i had to really force the handle to turn , having to reuse towels especially with having a jacuzzi suite was not something i had expected to do and set the tone for the kind of place this is . The heat took so long to turn on and warm up the room. About 2-3 hours which was another bummer."

"Do NOT book a room at this establishment. Paid for the pool room and when we checked in, the pool was ice cold. Called the front desk and was told he increased the temp and that the pool would be warm in a little. That never happened. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was told he'd be in later the next day and he'd call me to resolve the issue. After several more phone calls made to the property, I still have not spoken to the manager and have since been blocked from calling. Called from another phone and was hung up on. Apparently they have no desire to resolve issues and refund money for a disgraceful room"
