Twelve years have I seen management fight to their ability to keep CherryHill Towers safe, clean and livable.. Like all communities you have the freelloaders, mentally ill and unprofessionals.Its a good community when all rent paying tenants,visitors respect their community."

"I would rate this place zero stars if I could. They advertise as being luxury apartments in a gated community, and this could not be further from the truth. The gates are always open and have only been closed once during the year I lived there. The apartments are run down and my specific apartment had so many broken things in it. None of the outlets in the bathroom worked, and only one worked in the kitchen. The apartment always smelled like weed, and the trash chutes are always full. It stinks so bad in the hallways, and the lobby is always filled with trash on the floors, as well as dog poop. I did not get my full security deposit back even though I deep cleaned my apartment from top to bottom. I only lived there a year with only my partner and myself and we are clean people, so it doesn't make sense that we didn't get the full amount back? One of the leasing managers tried to tell me we owed them $1400 after moving out and paying the move-out fee, yet when we asked them to show us where in the lease it says we owe money (my fiance is a lawyer), they quickly retracted their statement. They will try to scam you for more money, so BE CAREFUL! Also, the apartments are so overpriced. I paid $2100 a month plus $150 in utilities for a run down 2 bedroom apartment and just moved 4 minutes away to a 2 bedroom for $1600 that is one million times better!!!!! Some of the people in the leasing office were super nice, but it was absolute terror living there. Please save your money and sanity by NOT living here!"

"This place lacks the basics of good apartment living. Neither back door of the west tower lock. I’ve complained numerous times, the state of NJ is going to fine them (spoke to the guy who did the latest inspection). People are permitted to smoke weed day and night in their apartments and stink up the whole place. There’s dog fecal matter on the sidewalks. None of the exterior gates close and lock. They are always open. There’s abandon cars everywhere. They permit babies wearing non-swimming diapers into the pool. EVERYONE from everywhere can use the pool. The staff doesn’t ask for proof. We had water damage a long time ago and they have yet to come and paint a wall. DO NOT pay to keep your car in the garage because most people don’t. They don’t have the appropriate sticker showing they pay. The equipment in the gym is uncared for and old. Take a good look at the equipment if that’s a reason you would come here. People on the bottom floor are permitted to decorate the exteriors of their apartments with tacky decorations and signage. The handle on the 8th floor trash chute is missing so you need to put your finger in a dirty hole to open it. It’s been broken for weeks. This place needs an overhaul, better management and better policing of the rules and policies. It could be really great because the location is primo."

"I came in several weeks ago and toured with Danielle. She was very helpful with showing me an apartment and fitness center. I've decided to stay where I'm at for another year but definitely considering these apartments for next year's move."

"Hi, I see in this towers the towers is not safe. The management is very poor. The stuff in management always rude the behavior of them. They cannot talk nicely and politely always. They’re angry with the client if somethings damage or ask for the poor repair it’ll be take too much time for repair. They don’t have stuff for repairing the building is very dirty from inside. It’s not clean, I advise people not to state any more. There is better for them to look for other apartments, which is more safe more secure for them. Thanks."
