Parc at Cherry Hill

"I don't live there but I am curious who is responsible for cleaning and picking up litter? It is a disgrace. Do people just throw their trash on the ground and in the hallways? Also, I saw rodent bait boxes around all the buildings. Not a good sign."

"Had a tour with Gwen the other week. She was super professional and knowledgeable about the place. The apartments seemed cleaned and up to date. The location is perfect as it's close to Philly and in Cherry Hill. Put in an application and can't wait to hear back about moving in!!"

"I would never recommend anyone to this apartment complex . If i could give 0 stars i would. The building has mold , constant leaks , horrible management with very little communication . My concerns weren’t address untill i took serious further action . The cooling systems harbor mold . Mold growing in my living room and bedroom. Leaks in living room , bedroom and bathroom . I had a hole in my bathroom for 4 months because of a leak no one would come and patch it .The windows are so old they’re sliding down , when it rained or snowed i had to use plastic and tape to prevent the water from coming in . I moved in to a dirty apartment, there was a bottle of cosmetic still in the bathroom from the previous tenants and gunk all over the windows, a dirty dishwasher and unfinished paint job . when i called they sent a gentleman with a cart , he had 3 spray bottles of cleaning supplies . Not prepared at all , he tried but the gunk stayed the same . The grout was disgusting, completely dark and dirty . The stairway is never cleaned , food and drink stains all over the walls . The gym is the size of a walk in closet . Even if you don’t use it you have to pay a fee , the water bill consistently changes . I was billed 200 dls for 2 adults in a 1 bedroom .The panels consistently get replaced in the lobby from leaks and mold . The tenants in the b building 1 floor would get flooded , i felt terrible for them . Brittany in the office had poor communication skills , if i wanted something address i had to be on top of it calling daily otherwise i wouldn’t hear from her , when i called the office no one knew was i was talking about . They should be aware of everything happening in the building and communicating with maintenance, but unfortunately it seemed like they all worked there but not together as a team . They would show up unannounced often . Nothing was done to ever accommodate me , no apologies for the horrible experience and stress i had living here . I felt dismissed and was not taking serious in regards to my concerns . Please make sure you visit the complex and take a look for yourself. I have a folder of my experience living at PARC and I'm glad the nightmare is over ."

"“I recently applied to lease an a 2 bedroom apartment through this property management website and paid the required application fee. Initially, everything seemed promising as my credit and background checks were approved. However, the situation took a frustrating turn when I was informed that the apartment had been unlisted due to renovation needs. Despite my reasonable request for a refund of the application fee, the management company refused to accommodate my request. This lack of flexibility and understanding left me highly dissatisfied with their customer service and professionalism. I would caution anyone considering renting through this management company to be wary of their policies and approach to customer service, as my experience left me feeling unfairly treated and out of pocket.”"

"Do not move here. The apartments are falling apart on the inside. The renovations made were cheap and poorly constructed. Our bathroom didn’t have a vent so the ceiling is moldy and water bubbly and they decided to cut a hole in the wall and stuff a vent in there… literally. Everything in the apartment has a band-aid fix, nothing is throughly fixed or attended to in a timely manner, if at all. Our dishwasher stopped working weeks ago and still no one has came to look at it. There are only two maintenance people for two buildings. Rent here is robbery. Move in at your own risk."
