"Needed a spot to work and unwind between flights. This was perfect. Quiet and comfortable. Opted for the shower which was a great amenity after an international flight. Two thumbs up."

"Great for an overnight stay. Had an early 7am flight and didn’t want to have to get up at 3am to drive up to PHL. Minute Suites is airside so you don’t have to go through security in the morning. Rolled out of bed at 6:30am and right over to my gate. I’ll certainly be saying “bonvoy”age to another hotel connected to the airport that often wants $300+ per night. Front desk was welcoming and helpful. Checked in quick. Room was quiet and clean and the couch/bed was relatively comfortable. A good 6-7 hours of sleep before my flight. Would recommend/stay again."

"Unengaging, unpleasant staff. Incorrect sign at the front desk saying they are only using a waitlist, but when asked (and the lady working at 8am on Sunday the 22nd actually answered a question asked by a customer) there are rooms available. No hello, no good morning, nothing after greeting her with a smile and a “good morning, how are you?” I left without continuing the transaction. Passive aggression from your staff will lose business every time."

"Friday, Sept 22nd at 9:00AM. Worst customer service ever. Ruined my vacation before it even started. Will definitely be calling Priority Pass and filing a complaint as well. Front desk girl is extremely rude. If I could give this place negative star reviews I definitely would. Rooms were clearly available as people kept walking out but the girl in front kept insisting I go online and book a 2 hour slot (paying for 1 hour out of pocket) and a room would become available to me. If not I'm on a waiting list with no timeline. 0 stars stay away. Please fire this girl."

"This was a lifesaver when I was stuck overnight for a 6 am flight on the night of July 22. Never used this service before, and was a little hesitant as I didn’t know what to expect… I was also exhausted which didn’t help. Jason was very patient and helpful. I only had time to sleep for 5 hours but it was well worth it to not leave the airport and have to return super early to go through security…It was also very close to my gate and a grab and go market… The bed and pillows very comfortable and I slept like a rock. In fact after I left I wished I had asked where they got those big comfy pillows! Thank you Jason for catching that I left my charger in there."
