"Had a great stay! Easy to find and the directions worked seamlessly. Room was large and clean with very minimal decor. Clean bathroom. Only complaint was the noise coming from above us. I have no idea what was going on upstairs but from about 1 am - 4 am it sounded like someone with combat boots was walking allllll across the floor. It was a weekday in December , so no rooftop and we also didn't see another soul in the building so a little odd. No noise coming from outside. However for the location it would not stop me from staying here again. Neighborhood is fantastic with tons of great restaurants bars and shopping."

"MASSIVE COCKROACH I’ve used Sonder many times in the past and it’s an amazing hotel. However, this time around I’ve been disappointed. I booked through Airbnb and the room I got was not the room displayed. I could forgive that because the room I got was still nice. But on my final night I found the biggest roach I’ve ever seen. I messaged Sonder and they said their manager will reach me in 72 hours. It’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing. It’s absurd that I’ve heard nothing back. This is nasty and I have received not even a mention of a potential refund. Upon checkout , I told the cleaning staff of the roach and they said they’ll address it when they get to my room. I rather have them get to it right away as opposed to taking their time. But I have to mention that the cleaning crew were nice and very polite. It’s disappointing because I love Sonder and always had a great experience but this was awful. The management is slow and don’t seem to care. You have a roach problem. Please give a damn."

"Conveniently situated near charming local shops and within walking distance to most of the main attractions. It was clean and had a refreshing atmosphere. I appreciated the hassle-free check-in process, no waiting required. Additionally, the storage room for baggage if you arrive early or have a late flight out was great. They had extra toiletries and towels and coffee/tea available in the same storage room if needed. I would definitely stay at another Sonder location in the future."

"We made a great choice choosing to stay at Sonder in Queen Village Philadelphia. Sonder is located in a very nice part of Philadelphia. Close to many different key locations, restaurants, bars, etc. The check in process was a breeze. We were simply given an access code to the building and checked in completely contactless. Easiest check in process I’ve done. The building is new and very clean. The room was perfect for our one night stay. Clean, modern, comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, everything you need for a simple stay. The best part was how sound deadening the walls were that faced the street. That has been an issue in the past staying in different places but at Sonder this was no issue. The rooftop was very nice and there’s a restaurant and bar attached that we definitely want to try next time. Finally, the value was incredible for our one night stay. This place is WORTH IT."
