Best Western Plus Philadelphia-Pennsauken Hotel

"My mother an I stayed here on an off throughout the month of August 2023. My father was in Cooper University Hospital. He had terminal cancer so he was literally dying. He ended up dying August 25,2023. We’re from Delaware so it was very nice for us to have a hotel so close to the hospital. Let me tell you this hotel was one of the best hotels that we’ve ever stayed at. The staff was beyond amazing! I really wish I could remember the guy an the lady’s name! We were so upset with my father and from all the walking and hustle an bustle from commuting back an forth it was super nice to come back every evening getting greeted by the kind people that worked there! We felt super safe! I can not thank the employees of the best western in Camden NJ enough. Especially during a very traumatic time in our lives I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!"

"Stayed here for a long weekend visiting Philly. The location is in NJ in an industrial area off the highway but just on the NJ side of the Ben Franklin Bridge into Philly. The room is a standard room but was great for a long weekend visit. The citrus body wash and shampoo provided was really good. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone we met was extremely helpful. Even when be brought food from outside and was sitting in the dining area the staff was asking if we needed plates and forks. It's a small gesture but was a great gesture. You can't go wrong staying here and I'd recommend it to anyone."

"Clean hotel and friendly staff. Solid 4 rating at price point. Comfortable beds. Pro: Free and easy parking. Large mini fridge in room. Good variety for breakfast, including waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, juice, bagels, toast, and hash browns. Great coffee! Con: absolutely no water pressure in the shower, a little bit noisy, nothing in walking distance. Would have been nice to have a bench or something to sit outside."

"I came here with my 80 year old mom and my sister and two sons (13 and 8) and booked 2 rooms. I am VERY picky about cleanliness and noise. I don't have one complaint. Both rooms were super clean and quiet. I had lots of questions and was super annoying and front desk and staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They deserve all the applause. Stay here - you will love it."

"I was in town for a Disturbed concert at the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion. What a great place! Ive seen other reviews saying the rooms were small, but mine had 2 beds and was huge. The room was meticulously clean, I didnt see one speck of dirt anywhere in this hotel. They had amazing smelling shampoos, conditioners, and body wash. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good with many choices. I also loved the cappuccino machine in the lobby, I took full advantage and made many trips to it. The hotel is right on the highway but the rooms were dead quiet. Most importantly, the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The assistant manager checked me in and she was so sweet. I asked for a little later check out because I was recovering from a hangover from the concert, and it was not an issue at all when I called the front desk. Ill stay here everytime I am in the area. Thank you for being so accommodating!"
