"The Indian guy that works in the pharmacy is very rude and ignorant.. I don’t know what his problem is.. he shouldn’t even be working there if he doesn’t like working with the public.. there’s never parking for anyone wanting to go inside rite aid, because the spots are being taken up by people going other places.. additionally I’m so tired of coming to this place and there’s no where to park. You have signs up , but you don’t even enforce it. People park in those spots all the time and you do nothing about it. They know you’re not going to do anything, so that’s why they still park there, ignoring the signs.."
"The pharmacy here sucks!! I can’t say it any nicer… I had to report “the girl” Lynasia because she was rude and unhelpful. I got to the pharmacy around 12:30pm and told the girl at the counter who acknowledged that I would be fine if I returned in an hour to pick up my daughter’s medication, whom had a 104 fever mind you. I get back at 1:25 PM and I am told they are not going to be able to assist me because they’re going to take their lunch break. For me this was unacceptable because it was not 130 yet and no one told me when I was there an hour earlier that I should try and arrive before 1:30 PM or I would not be able to get my medicine until after lunch. when I explained this to the pharmacist, the girl came from behind the counter and address to me, as if she was some chick off the street, and not employed as a pharmacy technician. I said the girl never told me that I needed to be back before 130. She came from wherever she behind the counter and said “who are you talking about? Who is the girl? “….. I pause for a second and I said “you!! “ She explained that she’s not in control of when medication is going to be done. I told her that that was not my issue. My issue was she did not mention that I needed to be back before 130 after I told her I would take it hour to get back. Her tone was off and wrong. She needs customer service training. I alarmist forgot… there is an older lighskin black lady who always has braids in the back of her head braided up into a ponytail… she moves extreamly slow. She alone be the reason the line take 45 minutes to help 3 people"
"Every time I go there it’s either they don’t have my meds or there’s a problem or they are backed up. They need more help or the need new truck people to deliver on time product. I waited a long time for my meds a few times and the reason why I gave a 1 star it’s cause trying."
"I had a appt for a COVID booster today at 3 I get there and no customers in the store. Pharmacy says come back short of help!!!! I had a appt!!!! Lazy!!!!! 3 minutes for a shot. Thanks for NOTHING."
"I’m not sure what’s going on here but the pharmacy line takes literally forever. Come with your phone fully charged. One time I literally waited 35 minutes because there was 4 people on line in front of me. Ever since Merchantville shut down getting medication is a whole production. I gave 2 stars because the pharmacy tech in all fairness remembers my name and is a sweet lady but… it’s horrible. I have to carve out like 30-45 minutes to “run in”. And everyone like knows it. Almost every time someone will mention on the line how they can’t believe it’s like this every single time. A lot of the time people end up leaving. Anyways, I practice a lot of patience when I have to pick up anything at the pharmacy."
