"I wanted to provide an update to my previous review which was negative due to poor customer service at the pharmacy about 6 weeks ago. I returned for a new prescription and the same staff member Michelle helped me and was so apologetic and humble.I also spoke to her Manager who reassured me no more customers service issues will be tolerated. They are now 5 star because I just picked up a prescription today and it was a pleasure"
"there is too little space for the orderly placement of pt medications. A tech helping customer before me had to check about 15 temporary plastic bins before she located his meds. At my previous visit the tech had to check 5 different areas and then could not find my med. I left my phone no. and 3 hrs later they finally found it. Meanwhile the people behind me were very upset as it took so much time and the line got longer and longer"
