"I wish I could leave 0 stars. The pharmacist is extremely rude & unprofessional. She is very passive aggressive with people. I pull up through the drive through & she’s calling me a med seeker & it’s too early to pick up my medication. I’m on a controlled substance & make sure I only pick up my medication when I get the text alerts telling me it’s ready. She continues to argue with me saying too early. Granted I wait over 35 days in between refills to avoid this conflict. This issue is constant. With my busy schedule I often choose the delivery for my other medications to avoid the stress of going to the pharmacy. I was expecting a delivery yesterday by mid-afternoon & by the time it’s the evening it still wasn’t delivered. I called the ScriptDrop customer service to see if there was any trouble with picking up my medication. The customer service representative told me that the pharmacist CANCELLED my order. I ended having to call the pharmacy & asked why was my delivery cancelled. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to help & told me to pick it up instead. It’s very frustrating having to deal with something like this in our community. I ended switching my pharmacy to CVS instead. This is a poor excuse of pharmacy & I hope that pharmacist finds peace in her life because clearly Riteaid isn’t it."
"this rite aid feels like a local mom & pop pharmacy! i'm always greeted with a smile & catered to way more than i'd ever expect. ms collette and the pharmacy team are the literal best & feel like family. they've helped not only me but my parents & their parents! so worth the extra trip for the experience."
"The pharmacy, is the best around, clean, friendly and always there to answer the tough questions They are extremely helpful with the process of getting your prescriptions, especially when the doctors office give you a hard time. Top notch customer service."
"Negative 32 Stars. WARNING ~ only come to this pharmacy if you are ready to feel degraded, abused or just completely dehumanized. Collette, the pharmacist, why do you work in a job where you must deal with the public on a daily basis? You’re consistently: dismissive, rude, or just flat out abusive. Why do you want to HURT innocent people in need of assistance with their prescription medicines? Is passive aggression towards customers your source of pleasure and/or power? Does it somehow lift you up to make other people feel like they are worthless and powerless? Who on God’s green Earth could keep this woman employed in this position? (Judging from all of the other reviews here she gets to hurt people on a daily basis with no repercussions what so ever.) Collette, I want you to know that you’re actually not just passive aggressive any longer. Last week, after my Aunt came in, it was determined she had a mild heart attack. We know it’s related to all the stress and abuse she had to deal with there. I pray for you to consider working in a space where you don’t have to directly deal with the general public. I pray no one else has to go through what we’ve experienced because of this riteaid location and collette."
"If I could give this place a negative 100 I would. Specifically, the pharmacy. We recently transferred to this location because the one in Merchantville closed down and honestly I wish they didn't. I would much rather close down this location instead because the staff at Merchantville was so comforting and attending to their clients. The first time I came to this location after transferring I had an older lady attend me and she was VERY RUDE. I just ignored it thinking she was having a bad day. Luckily I do not need to go back very often, although my mom does. I went with my mom and brother on Thursday, October 6 to receive our flu shots. I went first and was greeted so aggressively by this young female. She was so rude while talking to me. My mom went next and was also greeted so rudely and aggressively. My mom decided to not get her shot from them because she did not feel comfortable, especially if that lady was going to give it to us. We did not feel comfortable or safe at all by this pharmacy. My mom was very upset by this and decided to talk to the supervisor to let her know that it was her second time there and that, that lady was very rude and aggressive for the second time. My mom goes there all the time for her prescriptions and said she will no longer go there if that lady will be treating her like that. People would like to go to their pharmacy, be greeted respectfully and feel safe and comfortable with their information and medication. The lady should also realize the profession she is working in and act professional and compassionate. If she does not want to deal with people then she should make it known that she would like to work in the back or downgrade to something else. I wish I received her name but my mom and I were too upset to even catch it. Either get new workers or continuously lose customers to the point where you shut down. This is obviously an issue that is not addressed here because I have read multiple reviews complaining about the pharmacy staff as well."
