"We ate here for most of our stay at the Gaylord and I loved it. A huge variety of options, Starbucks (if you're into that), lots of drinks, helpful staff, alcohol choices, and more. They also have a huge seating area but we always brought our food back up to the room. I recommend any of the burgers or pizza, I tried the salad and loved it, and their fries are also really good too. I also grabbed breakfast this morning and while the line was long because of Starbucks, the bacon, eggs, home fries, and pancakes I got were delicious. A lot of value for your money I think."
"Most of the employees were friendly. The mobile order pickup process was awful as no one was tending to the window or answering the doorbell that was there. Food options never seemed to be stocked (630 am with no breakfast sandwiches but shelves full of salads). Spent a lot of money there, though, due to lack of options in the hotel itself."
"It was just after 6 am on a Sunday and I was picking up a coffee for my trip home from a conference. I didn’t find any non-dairy milk options. I know that in other parts of the hotel they had soy, almond, and oat milks. When I asked the employee at the register, they told me that they didn’t have any non-dairy milk. The employee was dismissive and rude. I made no fuss and just walked away really taken aback, being like did this just happen? How does a cafe in a four star hotel function without non-dairy options?"
"Great pastries, decent hot food. The pizza that I got had gotten pretty hard around the edges from what I suspect to be sitting out in the warmer too long. However, the pastries and baked goods were great."
