"Very professional and personable staff. We had the pleasure of having our Mother's 80th dinner here, and we were well accommodated. Both food and drinks were above par. If you're staying down at the National Harbor, make sure to drop in to this quaint bar, which not only offers a great Happy Hour, beautiful view of the water, and wonderful service."
"Sub par hotel restaurant. Multiple items on the menu were not available. Server forgot my drink, but was very nice. My salad wasn’t edible, multiple brown pieces and brown avocado. The steak pieces on the salad were paper thin strips. Honestly fast food was better is better than this. The reviews seemed good which is why we made a reservation, but after eating here I’m blown away this restaurant has more than 2 stars."
"If you are coming from out of town and unfamiliar with the area, know that this is a hotel restaurant. It’s not a “real” restaurant. I made a reservation for 6 people, days in advance, and we were given two small round tables pushed together instead of a proper table that would seat 6. (Which is fine if we are walking in but not if I’m making an effort to plan a nice dinner w friends.) The lights were bright and the room was super loud. The service was incredibly slow. Our server was trying but was clearly just very poorly trained. It took 2.5 hours for us to get through dinner and we had to cancel plans to go visit MGM because it was too late in the evening once we were finally done. The food was fine. Not great but serviceable. If you are staying in the Hyatt and don’t care about the experience, this restaurant is fine. If you are meeting dear friends for a rare evening together from outside the National Harbor area, don’t choose this place. (Maybe that obvious and I’m just oblivious to what kind of restaurant this is.)"
"Very overpriced, bland food. The wings were okay, but everything else missed the mark. My salmon entree was very bland. My husband, who loves pizza & rarely complains about any pizza, hated the pizza. He said it was the worst pizza he ever had. Our waiter tried to be attentive & he was very nice, but it seemed they were short-staffed and we ended up waiting on our check longer than expected. Thankfully a young lady who was passing by, asked if we needed anything and ended up bringing us our check. I would not recommend."
"Our server, Maurice, was attentive to our table and very friendly. The only downfall was that we ordered some happy hour cocktails that were definitely not to our liking. No fault of the resturant the cocktails just did not agree with our taste buds. We have enjoyed our trip so far and look forward to dining at the resturant again."
