"02/01/2024- We went to Tanger Outlets to find StarBucks! I had a hot tea! My friend had hot oatmeal, a croissant, and coffee! We sat and dined in. The staff was polite, fast and professional. Good and beverage were good!"

"Donia was the rudest employee I have ever encountered, A customer had asked for more strawberries on her drink, when the customer asked Donia sighed and went “take off your lid” in a rude manner this is very unprofessional as the customer looked shocked & dissatisfied with her service. This is very disappointing she had a nasty attitude"

"Donia along with the rest of the baristas that worked on Sunday November 12, 2023 at 4PM should be FIRED!!! This was the WORST Starbucks experience ever. Donia was rolling her eyes the entire time I was waiting for my drink and yelling loudly out of frustration to herself all while making drinks. She was slamming things down on the counters and was just messy and unprofessional. EVEN UNPLEASANT. She looked like she did not want to be there at all. Which she should not be. Reading other reviews, she is mentioned in a lot more complaints. I ordered my drink at 4:20, waited for 25 min and finally asked where my drink was. Rudely, she told me it takes 5 minutes to brew green tea, so I said “I understand that, but it’s been 25 minutes and I am still waiting.” She then told me in a very rude way “GET IN LINE IF YOU WANT a refund!” My point was not to get a refund, but get my drink. She raised her voice again and said, “well, do you want your drink or not?” Other people online said, “she is nasty” I agree: she shouldn’t be employed anywhere there is people, especially with customer service and food."

"If I could rate this Starbucks a zero I would! Baristas have bad attitude, I went here at around 4:30pm. It took like 30 min for them to make me a tall capuchino and a tall dragonfruit. Mind you they were not that busy, worst $10 I’ve ever spent in my life. Never coming back!"
