"I'm big on customer service and the guy Paul his attitude and customer service is the worst. This company was referred by my home warranty. Paul came to fix a water valve on my refrigerator. We later found out that it was another part that was needed that he was not able to do. I was asking him questions on what it was that I need to tell the insurance company but he would not listen just kept over talking me asking questions. If I ever have another issue I would tell my home warranty I don't want to us this company."
