"The incorrect store hours led to inconvenience when I arrived at 5:54 on Sunday, finding the doors locked, despite the posted closing time of 6. I was upset, and witnessing another customer turned away added to the frustration, highlighting an inconvenience and unprofessional experience."
"When I walked in there were two agents helping 2 customers. I asked one CSR where I should stand in line. He pointed and told me where to go. Next, I wait 25 min for the two first transactions to finish and then I see a line forming where I was originally standing and he proceeds to assist those people.i told him up front what I was there for - to pick up a copy and print order. After I reminded him I had been waiting, he tells me to go find it myself only for the order to be right in front of him. Oh dear. Enter with patience and love in your heart."
"I came in to print a document from my email and have done so numerous of times at this very location so I am very familiar with the process. Obviously The copier wasn’t working properly so I asked an employee for assistance. There was nothing professional about her service and she literally came to work wearing a bonnet. Mind you she has an attitude from the start and even walked away as I was talking to her. I was not rude to her not one bit. This experience was so unnecessary."
"Terrible!!! Those guys don’t care about any type of customer service. They are just hiring anyone to work there. I will never step foot in this Office Depot again. I asked for help multiple times and they kept saying ok. Never came and help me at all! Just taking free money and not working at all. Why take a customer service job if you are not gonna provide it. Ugh"
"Lesalle &Ken They were so helpful. They waiting patiently as I was reviewing files and assisted me with printing the passes I needed for an event. When you come to this location make sure you ask for them and you will definitely get quick and great service."
