"My wife and I almost always have a good experience here with the service from the washer and dryer department to the lawn and garden department. Most recently, we bought a Christmas tree and had a great experience. I would have never thought of doing Christmas tree shopping at a big box chain store, but the gentlemen helping us with the Christmas tree made the experience fun and jolly! They cut it, wrapped it, and even put it on our car for us - we drove away with smiles on our faces and a jolly spirit in our hearts."
"Went to purchase only 3 items. Aisles were blocked on 2 of the 3 with floor displays, shopping carts loaded with merchandise, and a forklift left unattended. No doubt many Safety/Fire violations. It was literally an obstacle course! The only thing good about this visit was the very pleasant cashier that was working at the Garden Center register. She was a complete joy! UPDATE: My recent visit was a positive one. Placed an order online for pick-up at their front desk. Not only was my order processed fast, but I received excellent customer service too. Another clerk helped me with loading a large ladder in my vehicle. Great shopping experience this time!"
