"BUYER BEWARE! purchased a stove in august of 2022. Stove broke and Alpha replaced in Nov 2022. Now it’s March of 2023 and 2nd stove is broken. Alpha will not replace or refund because we are out of the 6 month warranty window. Had the appliance guy come out today and tell us it would cost $600 to fix because the circuit board is toast. So…If you are looking for an appliance that will last a couple of months then this is the place for you. Otherwise RUN!!’ *in response to alpha appliance’s comment… your employee did not one time apologize or offer a solution. No one even called to offer one."

"Purchased a range, dehumidifier, and microwave from Alpha Appliances on June 26. The microwave was advertised as brand new (scratch and dent) but came packaged with the wrong sized plate which wobbled. When I returned on July 3rd, the workers were not able to find the correct sized plate for the microwave and did not offer any other remedy. The dehumidifier never worked, and when I attempted to return it, I was told there is a no refund policy, only exchanges. However, every dehumidifier they had in stock was defective in some way (broken plastic, major cosmetic defects, or broken compressor). Knowing this, the owner and employees still refused a refund. The reviews on this page, are from the employees and owner himself. The owners name is German Hernandez, and my cashier was Rosa Munoz. I would treat this business as no more reliable than a seller on Craigslist of Facebook marketplace. Be cautious and pay with a credit card so you can dispute the transaction if needed."
