"Our dryer died and we’ve had it a while and repaired it several times so we decided it was just time to get something new. Headed to Bray & Scarff with thoughts on what we wanted. Sales team helped us get something that was best for our family and even set up a delivery date that was pretty quick knowing we don’t have a working dryer. Fast forward to day of delivery and we’re about 6 hours into our 9 hour delivery window. Decided to just call the store and make sure there’s not an issue because the online tracking can’t seem to find our order. Turns out it’s not coming, they don’t even have it in stock. There was an error, which I get, but no one even bothered to call. I asked when we could expect it, they’ll call us when it’s back in stock and set up another day to deliver. So I’ve paid for it and have no idea when it’s even going to be back in stock. No one offered me anything in return for my inconvenience, just a promise to call eventually. Guess I get to wait for their call and then take another day off to sit at home waiting for the delivery team. Currently looking for the item somewhere else to see if I can get sooner than “someday.” I’d avoid this place."
