"Great selection and super helpful staff at this location"
"Their customer service is very poor I asked a lady who seemed to be the manager about the dining set, but she completely ignored me and was busy talking to her colleague."
"30% the size of the Tyson Corner store that just closed. Terrible location. 10x more bland, beige, light grey. Same stuff as Target and all made in China."
"I was excited to be at this new Pottery Barn at the moment they opened their doors! I actually showed up early and was able to have a lovely conversation with a fellow customer! They did have some hors d'oeuvres, and drinks, which was nice. However, they didn't offer any coupons or any special giveaways, so that was a little disappointing. I don't think companies do the grand openings like they did in the old days! That being said, it's great to have a Pottery Barn in the neighborhood, and they had a wonderful collection of items! I especially enjoyed checking out their Halloween collection. They had a cute collection of Halloween mugs, but you had to buy a set of four. If they had sold them individually, I probably would've purchased one. I didn't buy anything during this visit, but I am sure eventually I will. If you are in the Mosaic District, you will definitely want to check them out. Welcome to the neighborhood Pottery Barn!"
