"Unfriendly staff. I've been going to this store for years, I recognize a few of the staff who I want to avoid during check out. I wish there is a way to avoid those staff or go through self-checkout. I think I would prefer the self-checkout over dealing with the unfriendly and scrutinizing staff."

"I was a regular customer of Marshalls as i worked in a bussines next door to the one in Fairfax City Mall, yesterday I bought a dress for my daughter and it was small and she lost the receipt, so i went early today for return and an asian lady from register #9 was so rude to me, I even showed her the transaction from my bank but she said that policies dont allowed her to do the return without receipt, I understand everything and all the process and policies but I DONT THINK YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SHOW AN ANGRY FACE and be so extremely rude to a customer, i even felt discriminated, i was always nice to her and just because of this i wont come back to this especific Marshalls again!!!"

"Good, clean and tidy at the entry. The back was something else. The clearance stock may not be important to the store but the untidiness and cramming in wrong sizes and way too many items together in the clearance sections was way too much for me. I walked out without buying anything."

"Horrible wait times. There were many customers in line and only 2 cashiers! One woman kept one of them occupied for the longest time as she proceeded to return a whole cartful of items! The store doesn’t have a separate counter for returns and exchanges. No relief cashiers were in sight. This seems to be the case in other stores owned by TSX also, including TJ Maxx. Seems like the company is downsizing. They are forcing people to go to Amazon if this keeps up."

"Located in a busy shopping center this Marshall’s was great. Not your typical messy and ghetto location. On a busy Saturday I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They have everything other locations would usually have. The staff members aren’t pushy with their credit card offers"
