"Horrible wait times. There were 11 customers in line and only 2 cashiers! One woman kept one of them occupied for 20 minutes as she proceeded to return a whole cartful of items! The store doesn’t have a separate counter for returns and exchanges. No relief cashiers were in sight. This seems to be the case in other stores owned by TSX also, including Marshalls. Seems like the company is downsizing drastically. They are forcing people to go to Amazon if this keeps up."
"Called to ask if they had an item in stock. The women employee who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. I don’t have a name because she refused to provide a name, probably because she knows she’s no good. She sounded maybe middle age with a-little accent. She was unprofessional and hung up on me after i asked a question. What a shame. Do better with your training, it’s honestly disgusting"

"I trust T.J. Maxx to have great deals on quality products as well as professional service. Organization of products could be better, such as in the make up, skin care and kitchen ailes. The snack section sometimes has my favorite brands of chips for half off. I always make sure I check everytime I make a trip here. There is also ample parking and a well maintained public restroom for your convenience."
