"Convenient but not friendly. I went into the store to get a key made, several miscellaneous things and support a local business. I needed help and several workers walked past me or said they were busy. I expected a little better service and they had cool little carts for my kid, but sadly I won’t be going back to this one."

"Always find Ace Hardware has the larger selection of bolts and screws than the larger home improvement stores. That coupled with a very knowledgeable staff makes them ideal for finding the items needed for my projects. I also strive to use Ace for larger purchases of tools and materials so they can continue to have the wider selection of small but necessary items like screws, bolts, and washers."

"This is a very nice shop The issue is the people employed here have no clue about the products and stock on the shelves. There was at least seven in this very small space. Three would have been more than enough people to run this establishment. The extra people did not help them however I asked one employee if he could direct me to the bolt selections I else where I could find a 5/8 course thread inch and a half bolt. He and another worker simply gave me an aisle number and said it was in there someplace. Minutes later the gentleman I was with asked if they could direct him to an item he needed. Now this is a very common item that every lawn mower and every shaft driven power anything utilizes. After consulting with two of the other employees the employee that was questioned said that they did not carry it in their store. On our way weaving back through the aisles to go to the front to cash out my friend took a phone call so I stopped walking to wait for him and right there next to my left elbow was not only what he was after but a whole array of similar though different in design hardware items that serve the exact same purpose. Without moving my feet I reached right out and got what my partner wanted. I mentioned this to a couple of other employees in the store How quickly said they had never seen one either. The item in question was just a simple keyway key of the perfectly square variety. Even after they saw with their own eyes what I was looking for none of them knew that they carried them. I have to wonder who does the restocking at this location."
