"I ordered through door dash, my $8 coffee was missing 2 ingredients and my breakfast sandwich was disrespectfully assembled. They need to reevaluate who they hire, this is not a good reflection on the Starbucks brand. (The way my sandwich was packaged, it’s clear that it wasn’t due to it being in a car and delivered to me)"
"Pros: 1. Very friendly staff: I asked for recommendations, did not disappoint. I got the House Affogato and Americano. 2. Service: I asked for the dine-in experience, worth it. 3. Presentation: wonderful and relaxing. Better than most starbucks. Cons: 1. Parking: it's DC, what do you expect? 30 min free but $2 afterwards. 2. Expensive: $8 for a Reserve coffee and $25 for a siphon experience, it all depends on you. Personally I think it's worth it....once I get enough stars on my Starbucks app for free drinks. Lol Overall: It's worth a visit once a year if you live in the DMV area. I was satisfied because I took the metro so driving and parking wouldn't be a hassel. The drinks, branding, and unique drinks is what brings me here."
